What is covered
- Original defects in materials or workmanship, provided the product was properly installed.
- Materials, operating mechanisms, internal components and brackets during the applicable warranty period.
- Repairs using like or similar parts where possible.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse or alterations.
- Fading, discolouration, cracking, shrinking or stretching caused by prolonged direct sunlight.
- Natural variations in the colour, grain or weave of organic materials.
Making a claim
Call 07542 030 028 or email info@lucasblinds.co.uk. We will decide whether the product should be repaired or replaced. If a product has been discontinued, we will provide the closest available match where possible.
After the warranty expires, many products can still be repaired for a reasonable charge.
