Important information about orders for goods made specifically to your measurements.
Your blinds are manufactured to your measurements and cannot normally be resold. Please ask us about cancellation before placing your order if anything is unclear.
Your order
When ordering goods, you enter into a legally binding contract. Because the goods are made to measure, you may be required to pay for goods and services supplied before a cancellation request, in accordance with the contract.
Availability
We may cancel an order if there is insufficient stock or a product has been discontinued. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible and explain any delay or suitable alternative.
Circumstances outside our control
If we cannot supply a particular item for a reason outside our control, we will let you know promptly. Any next steps will be discussed with you directly.
