When ordering your goods you are entering in to a legal binding contract, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2015.
As the goods are made to measure, if you request that you would like a contract to start before the end of your 3 day cancellation period, then you will be obliged to pay for any of the goods and services provided prior to any cancellation by you within the cancellation period in accordance with the reasonable requirements of the contract.
We have the right to cancel your order if we have insufficient stock to process your order or if the goods ordered have been discontinued.
If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible to let you know of the delay.
If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible. No discounts or compensation can be offered under these unforeseen circumstances.
